How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is successfully processed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a change. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to modify the address.
